Christmas 2009 in Gurney Plaza, Penang

Thursday ( 2nd last day in Penang)

Is my last day work in Dell and work today is not hectic but is more to leading the newbies Aaron on the billing on few countries.. is pity that the billing on India is not here yet and therefore work is not that hectic.. and for me.. i started to miss my collegues as well as frens in Penang as will be leaving tomoro to KL.
Today my day in the office is kinda easy to past ... and everything is really a smooth going ... oh ya.. is nice to get a give from them.. and is a jewellery box. Is kinda nice. I love them as well. Thanks for the gift ya. Much appreciated. J thanks to all the vendor and DHL people can bare with me on the billing as well. Hehe... Thanks a lot to Ai Sim cause always need her help in billing... wah a lot of thanks and thanks to all my collegue and manager who give me great support in the work that i have been doing..

Took several pictures with FSP team as well as my team. Everything is real great .. J and things is real nice. After work, i went to my usual place of jalan which is Gurney Plaza,, and is real nice.. to have makan.I met wei Leng and manage to snap a pic

I went to have the Chicken Rice Shop with Xiang Yee and is real nice this time.. yummy yummy. The set cames with a rice, chicken, a taugeh as well as a cup of drinks.. after makan we proceed to the auditorium and see Lin Yu Chung performance and the album promo in penang.

It is seems differents from the first time i see him and now.. seems like he lost some weight. Overall his performance was great .. but for me, i just don really like the DJ that day .. not really good.. hehe..

Yu Chung was real great in the performance and i love it very much. He sang bout 3 songs that day and it is all nice song.

Nice nice song- yuan yuan.. and many more.. nice nice song which i can say the performance is nice and is a succesful. Thats my last night in Penang!!!

Sunday Nandos Crazy

Last Sunday, was thinking of makan nandos for nearly 1 week and at last had made my choice for Nandos J.. and we went to the one in Gurney Plaza. I had been a few time GP new wings but din really taste all the food in there.. and now I got the chance to taste the yummy food at GP. Nandos.. has been one of the HIT stall in GP where u need to have a long line up for food there.. I also don understand why is it so so so laku…and me.. went there as early as 11 am just to avoid the high volume in the store.

I reach there as early as 11 am.. and have some walk around the new wing but due to the dust particles, I stop walking on the new wing and turn my way back to the old wings. About 11.30 I back to the new wings and get my choice of Nandos. ..Gosh is really yummy ooooo..it has been so long I haven took nandos di.

Lets see what I ordered… Quarter chicken with 2 sidelines ( peri potato chips and coselaw) and a cup of hot tea. Not saying on the food… as u know all franchise taste is similar.. but it served hot as well as the service is real fast. We do not need to wait for a very very long time for the food.. and it served real fast.

Next HP ordered the yummy food which is the half chicken and he get a free drinks as we had the coupon on this. So, his is hot peri.. is it very HOT??

Overall the bill comes about RM50.. and is yummy. Thanks fr the treat fren. After that, we jalan jalan @ GP and took some pictures with the big Christmas tree which high up to 3 storey high. And the tree is nice nice as well .. haha.. J

Cute Kitty Stuff.. hot in Penang

It has been a hit in Penang of this cute little cat and the bags.. its cute and nice but is a bit expensive lo.. However, I am able to snap the store to share.. u can find them in most of the malls in Penang. I saw them in Gurney Plaza 3rd floor the same floor with Popular, Perangin Mall 3rd floor ( Auditorium A) As well in Queensbay Mall at 1st floor at the North Zone.

Chilli's in GurneY

Chili’s is now opened in Penang. It is on the ground floor of G (hotel in Gurney Drive) and just right across the cafes in Gurney Plaza. I had been to Chili’s in KL and my frens love these kinds of foods, especially TGIF. So when we have a branch here in Penang, I decided to check it out myself.
The restaurant is spacious, bright and service is good. But then, it is just days old and I am sure the trained staffs are from their KL outlets. Normally, 1 order a meal that can feed two persons because the portion is huge. hehe.. so save up as well not wasting food ma..is nice lo..

Chicken Rice Shop Mango Kerabu

Today afternoon suddenly thinking of makan Kerabu Mango.. actually thinking to go Food Loft but lazy walk up.. so ended in Chicken Rice Shop.. So ordered just Kerabu Mango since not hungry and we jus plan fr a chat .. and ordered some drinks.. em.. de Kerabu as usual is so nice.. but a bit expensive RM 8.00 and not enough fr me makan also.. haiz... but ok la once a while..

Wong Kok Black Pepper Seafood Set and mango ice blended

Wong Kok is famous...for yummy egg tarts and de pastries.. neverless.. it is also famous for his western as well.. i usually have my lunch dere as it is not only having reasonable price and environment.. yummy.

Dome-Spicy Olio and Dome’s famous chicken and mushroom pie

Last week, i went o Gurney shopping and is getting pretty bored by having the same thing for lunch .. wat caught my mind is when i pass through Dome..

" em.. something i haven take for a long time".. went in and ordered a few of them.. wif my frens. as too much meat for the week, my fren suggested something vege.. "ehm.. vege.. ok.. we tried and share dem together" . So,we ordered this one.. Spicy Olio but Vegetarian style.

while my frens also ordered Dome’s famous chicken and mushroom pie.That's wat the waiter recomend us as well.. Not bad ya.. ehm..yummy.. thats a yummy lunch..

KIm Gary GurneY plaZa is my choice for French Toast.. whenever i gurney Plaza.. i will always love to have a french toast.. Last Sat.. i went there for an hour to settle my stuff dere.. and at the end i ended up getting some pack away on the yummy French toast.. is real yummy..

It come with butter, honey and it toast wif peanuts butter.. em.. and the color is golden brown.. is yummy when the honey is wif it together with the butter..
