Aspired to infuse memories of childhood and regional flavours in a high tea setting, Ipoh-born Chef Alan Wong and his culinary team brought together the unique high tea menu that carries a familial sense of home. ‘Down Memory Lane’ High Tea Buffet features more than a typical afternoon tea with an elaborated spread that extends from Chicken Rice, Lok-Lok, and varieties of Kerabu and Tong Sui, to Western delicacies, Sashimi, and more hot dishes.
