ONE DAY TRIP TO PULAI KETAM

Pulau Ketam trip had been back dated a long time and at last i have time to blog them up today. Lets see whats the history or whats about the island.

"Pulau Ketam, literally translated, means "Crab Island". It is a small island located off the coast of Port Klang, Selangor, Malaysia, and was founded circa 1880. The island is easily accessible from the Port Klang jetty by ferry. The "floating houses" that come to view as visitors approach the island are a sight to awe any city slickers. Perching casually on long wooden stilts, these dwellings are suspended about one to ten (1-10) metre above sea level.

Pulau Ketam is well known for dumping close to 400 helpless dogs on an adjacent island to fend for themselves, in which many are reported to have perished in a cruel manner."

This ferry is more like a big boat to me :P

We had our half day so called trip there where we went for Klang for BKT and we went there after that. The trip is about an hour boat ride to the island. We thought of a small trip there and this trip is wif Jo, YH, Carolynn, Darren and my beloved dear. We had taken pictures up and down left and right towards the trip .. haha.. but i just supposed to choose some of the pix.

The trip started.. and the boat is emerging to our destination. Could not compare to the white blue sea in Sabah..

We saw big ships which are probably from Port Klang and having their uplift or export import their products to other places

While in there, we are too bored and did take some pix on the railings as well.

An early 1-1 Birthday Celebration (6 November 2010)

Is a early celebration meal for dear indeed this year as planning back to Teluk Intan. Since there is not much western delights or any special dishes, we do it an early yet simple one in Penang. The cake is no longer being purchased as dear does not like having cake. So, we headed to an Old Restaurant which is located in Waterfall for a meal. We had western this time since last year we had in Gurney Plaza a Chinese Delights.

The meal was simply fulfilling and indulging as well. A well priced meal we had there, and a yet a simple delighting western meal which make him so happy. He loves GOOD DELICOUS MEAL. Ok, meals review will be as usual being posted in Malaysian Foodie but now I had our faces munching the food though.

A secret birthday party was being hold in Brussels in the afternoon for my dear. It is way before his birthday but we had make him a surprise one with his work mates. An afternoon unexpected dine .. in Brussels. Food reiew will be backed and review in MalaysianFoodie.Com.

1st march 2009- Siam Express ...

Is it quite sometimes we went there.. we had our dinner at the Thai Express.
I still prefer siam express then Thai Express. Thai Express is one of the places served Thai food.. as u can see from the name.. As for that, they have all sorts of Thai Spicy food to yummy local Thai desserts which is cooling.

This is the first place I went with dear .. as both of us love spicy food that’s was the choices. The shop we had our dinner is the Thai Express located at The Curve .. and the streets dere is fullof many shops of MAKAN.-famous, expensive one.. and is our first time having our dinner dere after a movie.

The thai dessert we ordered is kinda nice .. but it served in cup.. is look like kinda weirdo.. haha.. but the taste is not bad la. It has the chesnut and the chendol inside together with the coconut water.

Next come the Thai tomyam.. mine is the chicken one while dear one is seafood. The tomyam wasn’t spicy at all for both of us.. haha.. cause we ordered the wrong one supposedly.. not the extreme spicy one kua…

Homely day

Yesterday, we din went any where for dinner and basically we jus stay home after work. Today, after work , went to Giant @ Taman Jaya .. and the Giant seems very disappointment where I am unable to get teh things I want

back home cooked tomyam mee but seems a disappointment for me lo.. since it doesn’t turn out as I wanted it to be. Dear say is nice and suan.. but for me .. o o o .. not as wat I expected. Yesterday plan for Banana Pie but fail.. as I had fall asleep … hahaha..

Yesterday though not tired.. but dear accompany by my side.. configure my PC for me and all.. I really appreciate them so much.. love u dear..
