Hong Kong veteran pop group Grasshoppers is coming to Genting Highlands to keep you tapping on your feet all evening with their best hits and nifty showmanship. The awesome trio comprising of brothers Remus and Calvin Choy, and Edmond So, are well known also for their glittering and eye-catching stage outfits.
The group had come a long way since they decided to hit out on their own in 1988 with their debut album, and since then had become an overnight sensation! From there, they have won numerous awards and their popularity has not wane in the challenging Hong Kong music industry for the past 2 decades. The band was awarded with 5 consecutive Best Popular Bands Gold Award of Hong Kong's Ultimate Song Chart since 1991 and was awarded with Best Popular Bands Silver Award in 1996.
Besides being in the music industry, the trio also managed to steal the limelight on the silver screen as well. They have starred in various Hong Kong movies along with numerous Hong Kong stars. They have also proven to be great music composers and lyricists with a number of their creations hitting the top spots.
It is no doubt that this concert is one of the must-see shows in town.
