Pei Pah Arp

Head over to "Restoran Chu Yoke Weng" at Bee San Coffee Shop in Ayer Itam/Rifle Range traffic light junction. This stall sells Pei Pah Arp. It is different from the normal roast duck because they are slit open flat to be roasted.



Before they serve the duck, it is slightly deep fried again. The skin is crispy and yet the meat remain tender and juicy. The thick sauce is rich in herbs and garlic but is slightly salty.

Overall the pei pah arp is yummy and the price is resonable.. hope can have more next time...:)
